The Population of Pennsylvania Municipalities: 1980 to 2003 contains population estimates for July 1st 2000 through July 1, 2003 for all of Pennsylvania’s counties and municipalities. Also included is decennial population counts from 1980-2000, the population estimates base from April 1, 2000 and a list of municipal boundary changes.
