By law, the Census Bureau must report total population by race and Hispanic origin and the voting age population. This publication contains at the municipal level: 1) total population by race and Hispanic origin; 2) population age 18 and older by race and Hispanic origin; and 3) percent change from 1980 to 1990 in total population by race.
